OMEGA launched the fully redesigned Planet Ocean collection on Friday, April 3, through an immersive, ocean-inspired event at DOMUS Asteria Glyfada, seamlessly blending fine watchmaking with contemporary art and experiential storytelling.

The new collection represents a modern transformation inspired by the heritage of the Seamaster line, featuring a refined 42mm size, a more minimal design language, and a subtly squared aesthetic across both the case and bracelet.

Guests, including clients, art enthusiasts, media representatives, and distinquised personalities, were invited to explore a multi-sensory environment designed to inspire and create lasting impressions.

A highlight of the evening was the interactive installation “Medusa Futurist” by Giannis Kranidiotis and producer Ilias Chatzichristodoulou, presented in the context of the Athens Digital Arts Festival (ADAF), where visitors engaged with responsive light and sound in a dreamlike, evolving oceanic world.

Within this immersive setting, the Planet Ocean timepieces embodied OMEGA’s spirit of exploration, combining its diving heritage with a forward-looking vision to discover new dimensions of the natural world.
